Nearly winter, and its time to get busy!

The last few weeks have been a bit frustrating to say the least!  Needles, threads and fabric joined together with a machine that is being a bit temperamental does not do well for someones blood pressure! But at the end of the day all is good!  So, this is a couple of the quilts done lately.

Both quilts belong to another Valerie - not many of us around you know :)  They are both hand pieced and rather large quilts too and to top it off Valerie is a beginner.  Well done to say the least.

The first one is a Star quilt.

 This quilt is also a large one and again done by hand by Valerie.

They both took a while to quilt, but the time spent was worth it - love the look on the customers face when they see it all done!
